The composition of the offered coffee
The blend
contains high-quality Coffee Arabica, its origin being Brazil, Columbia and
Ethiopia, mixed with high-quality Indian Robusta.
A bitter spectrum of flavour dominates the coffee in addition with the taste
of cocoa, nuts and a very fine taste of berries. Each blend is roasted
separately to preserve their unique taste and after then mixed together. The
beans are roasted very slowly, between 16 to 18 minutes depending on the
sort of coffee beans to avoid burning of the delicate aromatic substances.
A strong, passionate cup of coffee with a balanced taste is the result.
